With Headquarter based in Hong Kong, the Yatseng Group was found in 1995 and has two subsidary companies in Hong Kong: The Yat's Mechanical Co., Ltd. and the Yat's Power Co., Ltd. Our core business are: sale, rental,maintenance and repair service of container handling machinery, diesel generator, pallet truck, forklift and machinery spare parts. Consequent to the success in business development of China market,we have established two more subsidiary companies in Shenzhen and Fuzhou.
Our market area covers Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Fuzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai and Qingdao.
We have inventory of spare parts valued over $30 million dollars,more than 100 staff members, and over 30 sets of engineering special purpose vehicles.

YAT'S POWER
In 2011, we established the Yat's Power Company Limited to cope with our future business development and provide more comprehensive services to our customers. It focuses on the sale, rental, maintenance and repair service of diesel generator sets. A few years ago, we became the sole agent of PRAMAC Italy for their products in Hong Kong and Macau. They include diesel generator, electric pallet truck, hand pallet truck and small size stacker. Besides, Yat's Power Co., Ltd. is also the authorized aftersale service agent of FPT industrial and VOLVO PENTA for their products.
YAT'S MECHANICS
Since its establishment, the Yat's Mechanical Co., ltd has been doing repair service and spare part supply for consolidated packaging and transportation equipment such as stackers, lifters and all kinds of forklifts.
Spare parts are directly imported from foreign manufacturers in Sweden, Germany, Italy etc. We have also built up a good co-operative relationship with the Asia Distribution of major brands to ensure a stable delivery cycle of spare parts and quality. In addition, the company also provides processing service for all Spare parts with warehouse inventory of these spare parts valued over $30 million dollars.
We are at present one of a few companies in Hong Kong providing mechanical spare part sales, repair service, crane truck rental service, sale and purchase of used mechanical equipment, all under one single company with the commitment of “Most speedy delivery of goods and services at the most competitive prices” as our goal. Over the years, by virtue of our credibility, stable and speedy supply of goods and services, and outstanding maintenance after sale services, we gained the trust and support of our clientele in Hong Kong and China. We have a very high market ratio especially in Hong Kong and the many coastal ports in China.
